Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Dolce Bella Chocolates five (5) days after the date sent.
- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Dolce Bella Chocolates ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Dolce Bella Chocolates ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Our standard delivery is by USPS Priority Mail. Summer rates include foil bubble pack shipping bags with frozen gel packs. During hot weather, we recommend you add our foam shipping pack to each order or ship overnight to prevent melting of product. When ordering more than four 2 or 4 pcs iboxes, call for shipping information.
Orders are generally shipped the same day or next day after the order is recieved. If there is any delay in shipment past next day, we will notify you by email. There are no shipments on Sundays or Mondays with the exception of Nov. 23 and Dec. 7, 14, and 21, 2009 We will be shipping on those Mondays.

- Return Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our product we do everything we can to prevent damage. Be sure someone is available to receive the package on the day of delivery.
